Random Acts of Kindness Week
This week is a celebration of all the ways we can become a positive influence in each other's lives. We are celebrating this by having a spirit weeks. All students and staff are encouraged to participate.
Read Across America Week
Read Across America Week is celebrated from February 26 to March 1 — it begins on the birthday of the beloved author, Dr. Seuss. The entire month of March, in fact, is dedicated to reading. The National Education Association aims to encourage reading and educate people about its benefits, especially among children and young adults. Events are organized across the nation by schools and organizations to promote the same. Tryon will be celebrating with a spirit week.
See Something, Say Something Week
National Say Something Week (3/4-3/8)
Each year, thousands of schools and youth organizations nationwide participate in Say Something Week, a week of celebrating the importance of trusted adults and upstanders in your community! If you see something unsafe/unkind, report it to an adult. Tryon will be celebrating this through a spirit week.
